Stacey's Condition Aug. 26, 2006
12:45 p.m. Today Stacey seemed to be moving a little more this morning, but at the same time she started running a fever again, the doctors said her white blood cell level was comming down which means the antibotics are starting to help. They seem to belive that she was in pain again so they give her some more pain medication, which has calmed her down and has brought down her heart rate, and her blood pressure.

we all know stacey is strong and if anyone can make it through this it would be her. i think she will pull out of this she is ver strong willed if there is anything i can do let me know

I was at the hospital late last evening, around 9:30 after I saw two other people I needed to go see and came to the Intensive Care unit to try to just see you and give you a hug and some support, but you guys were not there. Stacey was being given a bath...I of course did not get to see her. I left a message for you and hope you got it. I am very concerned. Appreciate have the blog to check...I pray God will rescue Stacey from this awful circumstance...if they would just fix her injuries so she would have less pain and she could be awake that she is safe and that you are both there and that everyone is pulling for her...I think she could make much faster progress...it is a catch 22 right now...I pray that God gives her good doctors who are making the right decisions and that she is hearing that everyone loves her and is waiting for her to come home. I wanted to let you all know that are prayers are with you. To let you know who I am, Stacey is a friend of Devon Means, my step daughter. Stacey had been out to our house only once or twice. I would like to help. I have been in a similar situation with my son, not knowing only waiting, and praying for the best. I wanted to get permission from you to hold a benefit by bikers for your family and to give your family ALL of the proceeds, for you to use as needed. The only help I would ask is a picture of Stacey and to allow me to give information about Stacey's condition and what happened to her (ie: car accident). Please let me know as soon as possible and I will get started. I hope this will help. If you would rather not do this I understand. May God be with you Always.
